Contraception resources

Farsi video guides to contraception and safer sex, from the pill, injection, patch and coil to condoms, internal condoms and dental dams.

Illustration of contraception items laid out on a table: a pill pack, a condom packet and a calendar

Short Farsi videos from Digipezeshk explaining how pregnancy happens and the different ways to prevent it, so people can choose the method that suits them and know where to get it. In the UK contraception is free from GP surgeries and sexual health clinics, but language barriers and stigma stop many Farsi and Dari speakers from using these services.
