Digipezeshk
The UK's largest Farsi-language health platform, turning trusted NHS guidance into clear, culturally relevant health information for Farsi and Dari speakers.

Digipezeshk is the UK's largest Farsi-language health platform and the flagship programme of Mehr Health CIC. It gives Iranian, Afghan and Tajik communities in the UK reliable health information in their own language, written to be easy to understand and respectful of cultural and religious context.
Digipezeshk was built over several years before Mehr Health CIC was registered, and it was the first non-English-language health platform in the UK to become PIF TICK certified by the Patient Information Forum. Every article and video follows a documented production process based on NHS and other trusted UK sources.
What Digipezeshk offers
Farsi health articles on common conditions, medicines, screening, sexual and reproductive health, mental health and everyday wellbeing
Short explainer videos on the Digipezeshk YouTube channel, which has more than 4,000 subscribers
Practical guides to using the NHS, from registering with a GP to understanding a screening invitation
Social media content on Instagram and X that brings key health messages to people where they already are
Why it matters
Many Farsi and Dari speakers struggle to use health services because information is only available in English, or because translated material does not reflect their culture. Digipezeshk closes that gap so people can make informed choices about their health, take up screening and get care earlier.
Digipezeshk also works with NHS organisations, Cancer Alliances and charities to create campaigns and translated resources for their Farsi and Dari-speaking populations.
